Hello, you can buy 39 or 37 module, or both. 

I need mcu content and eep of the ecu , do you have reads of the ecu ?

You can read and write only flash

I can handle it, i need only flash contnt of MEC940-220 Qashqa 1.6L manual  2012-2013 year with manual transmision.

This is ECU can be Kline or CAN, to know it need info from obd2 (scaner like ELM327, Carman Scan etc)
