Error: not found, Module 86 Isuzu MUX 4JJ3

Dear,

I tried virtual reading the new Isuzu MUX 4JJ3 but it failed, it only get the ECU ID information but no file

I get Error: not found

Software 8975406600, Hardware 808464433

 

I attached a snapshot of the error
