one of my laptop is cannot detect the dongle 

it is my main laptop used to do remaps

so i tried everything from uninstalling everything untill reinstalling everything

still cannot detect

but on my other laptop, it detect and works fine

please someone help me

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
