It is not because of lack of support - it is quite opposite I think your support is GREAT! And I'll strongly recommend your product because of this point. I think forums are for something else - not exactly solving problems, that support can do but sharing experience. And I highly believe in "wisdom of the crowd". I believe someone can suggest something in some cases something different than others, and some time this helps a lot!

If not don't try it!!! At least in near future After sending logs to Bruce Willis, and fix from his side something happened.. writing started to do something, but cant finish flawlessly. At the end - car is dead! fans running constantly, ECU respond to ECU ID, respond also in VCDS, but I noticed something strange. ECU starts to appear like UDS ECU in VCDS (no measuring block like on CAN cars, instead Adv. Meas. Values like on UDS cars). Any idea how to restore? Of course I don't have full read, because ECU wasn't been opened until now, so now I was trying only to update software version on this car (writing stock .sgo car). I don't have ODIS, so I can't try to restore with it and I'm not sure I can restore with it. Regards, Chris

Hello, Some one tried this module for upgrade MED17.5.5 ECU in 2013 A3 8P 1.4tfsi? It is purely can based, not UDS like 8K in the example of Bruce Willis. I tried it, but with no success. When I press write button I can get in the window messages until DLL version and nothing else after that. Buttons on the top of the program disappear, something happens, because I get on the FIS error message from brakes, but nothing after that. I leave it for 10 minutes like this and nothing! I can press X and close the program any time after I start writing sequence, but nothing was updated. Can I take some log of this, so I can help you debug this. Sorry that I write to you all in English, but I can only understand 90% of Russian language, but can't speak it Спасибо, Христо
