Isuzu Transtron 0100 ecu

Hi anyone pph know. 12year for the isuzu 4hk1 transtron 0100 for obd read 40min and than write 10 hour. After can not start '' 'how to read write for this ecu？

Used module 70. 

Interface Tactrix openport 2 

Read 45 mins, write 10 hours and more 

Write succesfull but now need to write a revision and dont want it to take 10 hours. Original write was done via obd. Is this the problem? Should I write via service mode or should I get module 85 and I wont have this problem? Please advise asap and I will purchase module 85 if i need to but i cant write for 10 hours again. Scared i might brick ecu
